PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The Project consists of the renovation of a 13,500 square foot one-story. The renovation includes:
• Renovation of the HCAI-2 Skilled Nursing Facility Suite to HCAI-5 Acute Psychiatric Health Unit Accommodating 12 beds.
• Demolition of Existing Interior Walls to Accommodate New Scope of Work
• New Site Work including but not limited to Parking, Hardscape, Landscape, Grading, and Site Utilities
• Exterior Courtyard
• Patient and Ambulance Drop Off
